The University of Gothenburg presents a high-impact summer intensive: “Biodiversity in Western Sweden.” Held from June 27 to August 2, this 7.5 ECTS course is a core pillar of the university’s Summer School for Sustainability. Based in a city known for its deep connection to the sea and forest, you will move beyond the classroom to engage with the Gothenburg Global Biodiversity Centre (GGBC). This program bridges the gap between theoretical ecology and practical field conservation, utilizing the unique habitats of the Swedish archipelago and boreal forests as your living laboratory. While the university provides elite academic instruction, access to world-class natural history collections, and 7.5 ECTS credits, Edulux Summer manages the high-end logistics and travel services required for your stay in Sweden’s “Greenest City.”
