Radboud University offers a deeply humanistic summer intensive: “Mapping Migrant Lifeworlds.” While policy-heavy courses focus on numbers, this program looks at the “lifeworld”—the everyday reality of identity and belonging. Based in Nijmegen, the course uses food and religion as windows into how people recreate “home” in a new land. You will step outside the classroom to engage with ethnographic methods, learning to map the social spaces where cultures meet, clash, and blend. While the university provides elite academic instruction, fieldwork opportunities, and official ECTS credits, Edulux Summer manages the high-end logistics and travel services required for your stay.
